The Brookfield Public Schools Technology Department oversees all technology operations for our 500+ staff members and 2600+ students. The Technology Department plays a crucial role in the reliable, safe, and secure functioning and integration of technology into the educational environment. Important responsibilities of the Technology Department include:

Providing technical support to staff and students
Managing, maintaining, and supporting the district’s infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking resources
Designing and implementing technology plans and strategies that align with the schools educational goals and strategic plans.
Ensuring the security, safety, and privacy of the district’s various data and systems
Providing regular, ongoing training and resources to teachers and staff to help them effectively use technology in and out of the classroom
Promoting responsible and ethical use of technology among students
